Migration does nothing at all
Just downloaded 1P4 on my iPhone5. I don't have it on any other device, and I don't sync it at all, except backing up with iTunes on my Mac (I don't have the app for the Mac), so I selected the option to migrate from an earlier version. I selected "I've used 1Password before" then "Migrate from earlier version." I switched back to 1P3 and sure enough it detected a newer version, so I selected "Migrate to 1Password 4", and then... ....nothing, nothing at all. I unlocked 1P3, and nothing happened. I deleted and reinstalled 1P4 several times, clicked on "get started" but nothing happens. Every time I move away from 1P3 and come back to its lock screen it again detects the newer 1P4, and I select "Migrate to 1Password 4", but still nothing happens in either app.
Any suggestions?

I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble getting things imported. We can still make this work, but we are going to have to use a slightly more involved process. Do you currently have access to a Mac? If so, you can download a free trial of 1Password 3 for Mac here: http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/legacy_versions.html as we will need this for the process. Then, try the following:
- Setup Wifi Sync on your iOS device and sync your data with 1Password for the Mac. http://help.agilebits.com/1Password_touch/sync_to_mac_manually.html
- Now that you have your 1Password data in 1Password for the Mac, the next step is to set up Dropbox sync to get your data into 1Password 4 for iOS.
Dropbox is the simplest and most reliable way to automatically sync your data across multiple platforms. To get started with Dropbox sync between Mac and iOS, please follow these instructions:
For Mac: http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/configure_dropbox_on_mac.html
For iOS: http://learn.agilebits.com/1Password4/iOS/Sync/Dropbox/dropbox-getting-started.htmlThis should get you all sorted out, but if you run into any snags in the process, please let me know and I'd be happy to walk you through!
