Secure Notes Attachments not syncing

I created a secure note on 1.0.9.340 for Windows that included both Excel and PDF attachments. On my IMac (Version 4.2.2 (422001)) the Secure note is there but the attachments are not in the note.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble keeping attachments synced up. Let's try repairing the vault on your Windows machine: go to File > Repair 1Password data file. Do the attachments appear now?
