1Password 4 Sync Stopped Working

I have my 1Password 4 software installed on multiple Mac/PC/Mobile devices and have been using it without issue for a little while now. My main laptop now does not sync as the sync option is greyed out and says I need to "unlock" my software. But as you can see in my screenshot, there is no option to lock or unlock. All other devices are working fine, except this one.

    Hi @Nicholas,

    You simply need to enter your master password — that will unlock the app.
