Where is action bar?

in iOS

I am using 4.3.2 ipassword on my Ipad mini
After looking at agile info on their website I saw an action bar but cannot locate it anywhere on my Ipassword manager
anyone have the same issue or can help?

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with 1Password right now. The action bar can be found by swiping to the right across one of your entries while viewing your database.
