Bank Challenge Questions

I just got 1Password and am learning it. The first password I entered was my bank. I entered and SAVED. Closed the page, reopened it -- worked fine. I logged in again and now the bank site asked a challenge question-- my first car model. I answered correctly, and SAVED to 1Password. Tried it again -- new challenge question -- SAVED. Now 1Password has three saved versions and there's no way of knowing which is the initial login. What's the proper way to deal with challenge questions? Thanks.

    There are two approaches people here tend to adopt. I put the questions in the notes field of the login item. Others create custom fields in the login item and add the security questions there.
