Downloading 1password
I have been trying to download 1password for several hours and it continues to say syncing items. I do not know much about it so not sure what it means and how long it should take. Is there something I am not doing?

Can you explain a little more fully what's happening, please? It will be easier for us to help if you can.
You say you've been trying to "download" 1P but it sounds as though you're trying to sync. Are you trying to sync between a Mac and an iOS device? If so there is a bug in the iOS version at present which leaves the sync wheel spinning even when sync is finished. Is that what you're seeing?
If my guess is wrong just tell us exactly what you're trying to do and someone will come along with something better to suggest.

Thank you for responding to my plebe. I have just purchased the 1p app. I have put in my password and unlock the lock. When I open it it says syncing items. Do I have to put each item in or is it done for mr. I am not at all savvy with these devices so everything is new to me. The wheel is spinning but I need to know what I have to do once I get in as it is all blank. Thanks again I appreciate your time

Have you used 1Password before? It sounds as though you told it you had and it's looking for data on your machine. Did you follow the procedure here? Did you create a new master password or are you using on old one?
Sorry to keep asking questions and not yet giving an answer!

No I followed the instructions as I a new user. I created a master password, entered a hint and then unlocked it. From there it went straight to a page that said syncing items. Should I try to go throughout it again?

You could try starting over and see if that changes anything. At the moment I'm a bit flummoxed as to why 1P4 thinks you have existing 1Password data on your machine and insists on looking for it if you've told it you're a new user.
