Unable to Migrate Password 3 vault to Password 4

I'm trying to upgrade to Password 4. I downloaded Password 4 from the App Store. My Password 3 vault is in Dropbox (on a local volume). When I start up Password 4 it does not automatically recognize that I have a previous version already installed to I have to tell it to use Dropbox and navigate to the vault there. But when I type in my Master Password it says "Failed to unlock. Cannot load keychain profile." The Master Password works fine in 1Password 3.
The versions are 1Password 4.3 and 1Password 3.8.21. I'm also running Password 4 on my iPhone and iPad also using the Dropbox vault with no issues.

    It sounds to me like you may have multiple files in Dropbox here. The easiest way to get this sorted out is to take a closer look at your system. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
