Old attachments remains in iOS version

I just found out that there are some old attachments already removed in my Mac version still remaining in the iOS version, and I can't seem to find a way to remove those attachments in iOS. I've been syncing via Dropbox for a long time and never had a problem, so I suppose it shouldn't be blamed on syncing. Is this an oversight in the design?

(Btw, love the 4.5!)
