1password ver 4.5 on ipad don t work

after the new update the app was working one time ( able to get all my restore by dropbox) then unable to open the app !! still closing before to enter app password !! grrrrrrr

    Hi Christian,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with 1Password right now. I'd love a bit more detail about the problem to see if we can't sort it out. First of all, a simple thing to try first is to quit the app and restart your iPad. If this doesn't work, please let me know where the trouble is coming in:

    • Is 1Password not accepting your Master Password?
    • Is 1Password quitting spontaneously?

    Once we know a bit more about this issue, we should be able to get it sorted out!
