safari extension

I can not install the extension for Safari 7.0.3. on mac pro
I followed all the explanations, but when I double click to open extension nothing happens ??????
the safari extension work with mac air ???????

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with 1Password! Lets figure out whats going on.

First off, lets try rebooting your computer.

Then, download a fresh copy of the 1Password 4 browser extension for Safari from https://agilebits.com/browsers/index.html.

Does this one work any better now?

If not, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
