Purchased license..Still says trial expired buy now

I purchased 1Password a couple months ago. Still can't access full version and it says trial expired even though I paid for it
How do I remedy the situation

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with licensing 1Password 4. Did you purchase a license directly from the Agile Online Store and receive the license information in email? If you can't find that email this guide might be able to help:
