New Vault Menu Item Greyed Out

I currently have 2 vaults and I wanted to add a third but the New Vault (and New Demo Vault and Delete Vault) menu options are greyed out. Yes, I was logged in to the primary vault at the time.

I have seen a previous discussion on this which was started earlier this month, but it was closed, apparently without resolution.

I am using version 4.3.

    Hi @Oxon,

    Hopefully giving 1Password and 1Password mini a nudge will fix this:

    • Open 1Password.
    • Click the 1Password 4 menu, hold down the Control key, and select Quit 1Password and 1Password mini.
    • Restart the Mac.
    • Relaunch 1Password.
