Require quick unlock pass code (in addition to master password)

Currently, if I understand it correctly, if the passcode is input incorrectly the master password can be used to override the unlock passcode. I want to make the security even tighter.

I want to require both the unlock passcode and the master password on my iPad. Is this possible? If so, how?

    The short answer is that there isn't any provision to do what you are asking about.
