[Resolved](null) no vault - chrome extension [moved to email]
Greetings,
This morning my browser extension magically stopped working.
It shows a "(null) no vault" in the password area of the browser plugin ( chrome ) ( picture in attachment )
What i did
- I did not participate in the beta program.
- I rebooted
Everything described here -> http://discussions.agilebits.com/discussion/comment/86563/#Comment_86563
( the commands succeeded )Remove and reinstall with http://help.agilebits.com/1Password3/uninstall.html
- Remove and reinstall with manual deletion of all the files
Any idea on how to fix this? ( I've send a diagnostic report named "(null) no vault - chrome extension 1Password 4 Diagnostics Report for Victor Devos" )
Thanks in advance

Hi @devosvictor,
I'm sorry to hear the problem returned! I have an idea of what might be going on, but to be sure, I'd like to see a diagnostics report. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
http://learn2.agilebits.com/1Password4/diagnostic-report.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :grinning:
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

@meek and again the problem has resolved itself, but I'm pretty sure it's going to return later on, the weird thing is that I have no idea what is causing it to work!

Hi @devosvictor,
Thanks for sending in the report! I have replied there.
For those who might find this thread helpful, both the Webstore and Mac App Store version of 1Password mini were running - if 1Password connects to the wrong one, you will see the Null Vault error. The solution is to make sure that only the correct version of 1Password mini is running.
I'll close this thread and we can help you further over email, should any more trouble arise.
