Beta + Problems updating passwords

Hi ,

I've emailed you guys over three weeks ago .... and still no reply at all from you ......
1. I have updated to the latest version on both desktop and laptop versions , but I am getting a message which says the version I have on a the laptop is a Beta and a trial version , so I need to pay ..... would you be able to send me my licence key , so I can update .
2. because of the heartbleed problem , I have tried to update all passwords , but a lot of these passwords are now showing past passwords , with out updating , so now I update manually , which is a real pain ....... there has to be an easier way surely ..... why is this happening ?
3. Any chance of any kind of response ?
