Hi,

I was hoping to get rid of all problems with 4.3 but now I can´t get 1P for Mac to auto-submit the forms in Firefox although it has been enabled in the preferences panel. I´m using the browser extension 4.2.0.b16.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @Mito,

I'm sorry you're having trouble getting autosubmit working with the Firefox beta extension. Is this a general problem or just with specific sites? Can you post the URL for any site/page it doesn't work with? Have you restarted Firefox since installing the 4.3 update and the beta extension?

Thanks for the reply.
I´m afraid this happens with all login forms including the one here in the forum. I re-installed the extension, re-started Firefox (it´s version 28) several times since then and even re-checked the preference setting in 1Password.app which I suppose is the one located in preferences > Browser > Automatically submit data (or something similar. Here it´s in German). Did I miss something?

One more thing: have you also restarted your system since this problem started? If you've done that and are still having trouble, please send us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this topic and your forum username, to support+forum@agilebits.com. A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Once we've seen it we'll be able to better troubleshoot and resolve this issue with 1Password autofill in Firefox. Hi,
I just solved the problem after reading the report generated. Seems like the auto-submit script wasn´t installed. I did that and now the extension does the job correctly.
