how to log in to multiple layers

I have tried to set up my bank accounts but they have multiple layers of security. how do I set up 1Password to access my bank?
example: first page has user and password- that works ok but that page takes me to an authentication page that needs another password.
How can I set up for multiple log in's and passwords? so I can One click the whole process?
