1 Password Extension will not install on Firefox 29

I have repeatedly tried installing but keep getting an error that Firefox is unable to modify a necessary file to install the extension. I checked in the Firefox add on preferences and no previous versions of 1P are there.

    I am sorry to hear about the trouble with 1Password! Lets figure out whats going on.

    Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
