Forum view counts are not unique to IP/user

I don't know how much control anyone at AgileBits has over the forum workings, but something that bugs me on forums is when the view count increments every time I look at the thread. Is it really that hard to implement an IP check, or a username check?

    Thanks for the note on this. I agree that what you describe would probably be more useful, but for now hopefully the "views" number isn't anything you are relying on for statistical significance. :)

    We'll see if we can have this improved in the future!

    Looking at my first post I just realized that it comes across very harsh - not at all what I intended! Sorry about that - and thanks for the reply. I really appreciate how you guys keep on top of the forum so well!
