Early master password fail

As a first time Mac user of 1password, I just created my new Master Password (entered it twice as well as password hint), at which time it prompted me to enter my new Master Password. Trouble is I must have mis-typed it as I can't get past the "Enter Your Master Password" screen. Can't start over either, as it seems to be running in the background & keeps prompting me for a master password. Don't care about backing up data as I haven't got to this step yet. Any thoughts? thanks Dumbass

    Hi, @Dumbass. No offense! :)

    If you're sure you can't unlock 1Password with your Master Password and there's no data to try recovering some other way then your option is to create a new 1Password database with a new Master Password. The starting over guide has instructions for doing that.
