1Password Execution Error (-1712)

I upgraded 1Pwd4 to version 4.4 (thru the App Store) and since, I keep getting a pop up that says:
"The operation couldn't be completed. /Users/{mylaptopname}/Library/Application Scripts/2BUA8C4S2C.com.agilebits.onepassword=osx-helper/1Password_Autosubmit.scpt:36:52: execution error: System Events to an error: AppleEvent timed out. (-1712)

I am able to use 1Pwd, but this error keeps popping up a few time per hour.

Resolution please.

    Hi Craig,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. Thanks for including the error message, it gives us a much better place to get started here. Try this:

    • Open 1Password.
    • Click the 1Password menu, hold down the Control key, and select Quit 1Password and 1Password mini.
    • Restart the Mac.
    • Relaunch 1Password.

    Does 1Password behave a bit better now?
