Can I get a refund guys, after Years of use we are forced to give up I'm afraid.

Cutting a long story short, we've used 1pw for 3 or 4 years but since moving up to 1pw4 we've had database crashes, failed restorations of backups half the items don't sync, vaults is a tantalising feature but it simply doesn't work (sync)

I don't want to make this difficult for you and I don't want you to make it difficult for us but we've totally lost faith and we'd like our money back please (bought 5 licences)

    its been ,ore than 30 days since we bought it Mega, but thats not for us to be penalised over though, Ive been such a massive fan of 1password, a customer for years, and early updater and Ive introduced a lot of people to it, so I thought it was worth persevering with, but honestly Megan Ive wasted best part of 25 hours on it, It seems your devs have lost their way.

    Ill sort the purchase info next few days for a refund but I wouldn't be surprised if its more like 70 days.

    Thanks for quick reply and nothing personal obviously Im gutted to have to look for an alternative.

    I bought via MAS and never got a refund. I totally agree with T1D the Devs have lost their way.

    Only Apple can give refunds for purchases through their stores. It's worth stating your case to them. They will provide refunds, at least in some instances.

    My needs may be simpler than some, but I haven't thought the developers had lost their way. And after nearly a year of following the forums, I've thought the company was very responsive and helpful to those with difficulty.

    I do agree with you @hawkmoth‌. AgileBits is an amazingly responsive company, with excellent support on these forums. Of course there are some ups and downs when a new product is launched but there are clearly many users who are very happy with 1P4. I, too, feel that AgileBits have not at all lost their way—indeed quite the opposite with 1P4. There are two sides to every coin, of course.

    (I am not an apologist for AgileBits, but merely a contented user of 1P4.)

    @MikeT yes I originally contacted Agilebits at the beginning of the year regarding iCloud sync which after a lot of emails it was concluded that any failure with iCloud was for Apple to deal with. The only thing that fails to sync is 1Password4. I also have the problem of 1Password4 not saving password when logging into a site for the first time, add to this many other glitches still not resolved. I have opened another request for help and guess I will get a response shortly. After months of problems and having used Agilebits support who try their best to help I'm not sure the developers are listening to the feedback.
