Purchased 4 for Mac and installed but still have 3.8

I purchased the new version from the app store; credit card has been charged; app says it's installed but I still have 3.8.

    Hi Janet,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting set up with 1Password. Now since 1Password 3 and 1Password 4 are separate apps, you can have them installed at the same time. Please check in your Applications folder to see if you have a '1Password' app with a circular lock logo. If it's not there, go into the Mac App Store and look in the 'Purchases' section. You should be able to download directly from there.
