How do I get into settings

I must be missing something.
How do I get into settings.
Need to set up quick password etc.
Currently can only get log ins, favourits.

    If I understand your question correctly, you can access the settings menu by tapping the gear icon at the bottom right of the iPhone screen. On an iPad, its in the bottom corner of the sidebar at the left of the display.

    I am using an Ipad.
