Trouble with Chrome extension

    I have 1password 4 and have the same issue. I have to uninstall the chrome extension and reinstall it every time I use chrome. Please advise.

    Hi @sdonatelli,

    Which specific versions of 1Password 4 and the extension for Chrome are you running and has your system been restarted since this trouble began?

    Do you by any chance have any sort of firewall, anti-virus, proxy or VPN set up? The 1Password extension communicates with the helper process through web sockets and sometimes these things can interfere or block this connection. Often there are ways to configure these to work with 1Password, but lets first determine if this is a possibility.
