Cant't download after Reset an iphone

after reset my iphone I can not seem to install 1password
this application is not found.
do you know why?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing 1Password right now. Please ensure that you are logged in with the same AppleID as you made the original purchase. 1Password should be in the App Store > Updates > Purchases section. :)

    From that first image that looks like it's Password Pro, isn't that quite an old version and is there still a copy of that available on Apple's servers?
