Uploading photographs for forms

I'm in the midst of joy completing job applications (?!!) and need to upload a recent photograph into a form. Is this possible and if so what's the process? Many many thanks !

    Hi @katies,

    You can upload photos from your photo stream by tapping on the 'choose file' button. You should see the option to 'Take Photo' or 'Choose Existing'.
