Meaning of "display Always" [Resolved]

I am at a loss as to what the line below tags in the edit format means. It reads: Display "Always" with a drop down that says "Never display in browser." Can anyone help?

    Items marked display always show up everywhere—the main app, 1Password Mini, and the browser extensions. Items marked never display in browser are only visible in the main app.
