Pottermore Store Passwords Don't Work

Though they seem like they should. In fact 1P got me pretty mixed up between Pottermore store and Pottermore (you need both to buy ebooks grr). I ended up losing passwords and had to do a reset.

    Hi @DougRansom,

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here. Please tell me what happens if you save a new Login for the Pottermore Store like so:

    • Edit the login that you currently have for this website by appending an "Old" to the title - just so you can tell them apart.
    • Visit the site and fill in the fields you want filled. Do NOT click the login button.
    • Click the 1Password extension, and unlock it if necessary.
    • Click the gear icon (or vault icon if multiple vaults are enabled) in the upper right corner.
    • Select Save new login.
    • Give the entry a unique and identifiable title.
    • Click Save.
    • Revisit the site and see if 1Password fills in the site correctly.

    1Password should be able to detect the difference between pottermore.com and shop.pottermore.com and provide you the correctly matching Login for each (provided that you do not have 'Lenient URL Matching' enabled in Preferences > Browser).
