1Password not syncing nor being able to open a vault.
I have 1Password for Mac (ver 4.4) on my iMac, and on my MacBook Pro (also ver 4.4). Both were purchased from the App Store. Both were set to iCloud sync.
1PW was out of sync on my MBPro. When trying to manually sync the sync went endlessly and nothing synced. I stopped the sync and then tried to sync to iCloud again. 1PW said there was an 1PW sync there, it still went on endlessly.
I tried to reset my 1PW as per instructions given on AgileBits support. When I started 1PW again, it wouldn't open up any vault.
I then deleted all files and folders related to 1PW and the app. I downloaded a new copy from the AppStore. Still the primary vault would not open. I brought a backup from my iMac on a flash drive and tried to restore from the file. It wouldn't perform a restore.

I'm so sorry to hear you're having such trouble with 1Password right now. I'd like to take a closer look at your system to see just what's going on here. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
