1Password 4 icon in Dock launches App Store?

I currently run OS X Mavericks (10.9.3) on an iMac (27-inch, late 2009). In the past few days, whenever I click on the 1Password 4 icon in the Dock, it opens App Store instead of 1Password. The behavior seems to have started after updating to Mavericks 10.9.3 (which I did on May 17). Have there been any reports about 10.9.3 causing this? I am inquiring on Apple's tech support site; I thought it would be a good idea to check here as well.

    Hi @HDB,

    That is a strange issue indeed! What happens if you open 1Password from the Applications folder? Does it open correctly then?
