Any chance of a 'baked in' attachment viewer so you don't need to reenter your pass code every time you view an attachment and return to the app with the back button.
Localisation of category models. For example passport, driving licence, bank accounts etc would have the country specific fields. They differ quite a lot between countries!

In the case of request 1, there may be an opportunity to bake in viewing support for basic attachments such as JPG and PNG files. More complicated file formats such as PDF though, are much more likely to continue to require viewing in external apps.
For request 2, although we don't provide different templates based on locale, this limitation can be overcome through the use of custom fields. We don't currently support the addition of custom fields on Android, but they do sync from the desktop versions of 1Password. A possible workaround in this case would be to add the custom field to the item on a desktop version of 1Password and then sync that information over to your Android device. I hope that helps!
