Hooray for Agilebits Support !

Hi,
I just wanted to say that Eva at support for Agilebits has been the greatest !
My problems with syncing for an additional iMac were solved yesterday and
even though it took a screen sharing session to finally solve, it was WAY beyond
what I would have expected from any company...EXCEPT Agilebits !

I would never hesitate to suggest their products !
In fact, I even did this just recently to a close family
member !

    10 Days ago I also had a screen sharing session with Agilebits which was great as someone could show me how 1Password4 works. Unfortunately 1Password4 failed abysmally even when an expert used it. Items not saving, passwords not updating causing the expert no end of problems. I was told that the problems would be reported back to the developers but so far I have heard nothing in response.

    iCloud sync still does not work and the use of 1Password4 looks to break all iCloud syncing.

    5 months of trying to get 1Password4 working, sending in diagnostic reports, replying to emails from Agilebits support staff.

    I downloaded the latest beta today as a last ditch attempt to get a working 1Password4 but still problems.

    Add to this no refund I'm extremely disappointed with 1Password4.

    I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having such trouble with 1Password, I certainly don't blame you for being frustrated! I discussed your case with some members of our support team, and I believe someone has gotten back to requesting some more information. We'll do our best to get this sorted out for you just as soon as possible!
