How to Get My 1Password in Sync on iMac Desktop & MB Air?

I have been using 1Password for 2 years and I recently caused myself a problem that I can't seem to solve.

I had it installed on my iMac Desktop for two+ years and last fall on my MB Air with Dropbox containing the 1Password.agilekeychain.

My iMac desk top was at Apple having the HD replaced last week and so I was using the MB Air for several days. I posted some items there in Notes and some new saved logins.

When the Desktop's new HD was installed, I just went and used it for several days, making changes there when I noticed the versions were NOT the same.

For some reason, I had made the MB Air 1Password into a new Vault (I forget why!) and now I would like to have the iMac version (listed as #2 on iMac Desktop) the same on both machines.

The Delete Vault is greyed out when I I then I noticed there was a Primary & a Vault #2.

Bottom line is I want to use the same version on both machines and since I purchased 1Password for devices to make sure I have the correct versions on them also.

Thanks for any help.....Gene

    Hi Gene ( @Retiredgene‌ ),

I'm sorry that 1Password isn't behaving properly for you right now. We'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine just where things are getting tangled up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report for both your iMac and your MacBook Air?

    http://learn2.agilebits.com/1Password4/diagnostic-report.html

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@ agilebits .com

Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
