in iOS

First- i lost my previous ipad3, but i have already paid for this application. But now if i try to install it again on new ipad air i have to pay again. Is it possible to solve this problem?
Second- before i lost my previous ipad i forgot password (didn't use long time). Is it possible to make new password (when i will have ability to install it again)?

    I'm so sorry to hear you've lost your iPad, that's no fun! Of course you do not have to pay for 1Password again. Simply ensure that you are logged in to the App Store with the same AppleID as when you made your original purchase, and you should be able to find it in the Purchases section and download free of charge.

    If you don't remember your previous Master Password, you can simply set up 1Password as a new user and start with a fresh data file.
