download failure

Downloaded from site. All I get upon opening is tutorial. No getting started screen. No create data file. Must I uninstall before attempting again?
Should I go to Apple store instead? Very discouraged but not ready to give up yet.
Please advise

    Hi @k_en_chase71,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble!

    When you first open 1Password 4, you should see the welcome screen.

    Once you click Awesome! Let's Get Started, you should see something like this:
