1Password 4 will not open

All of a sudden - 1 Password will launch but I get the spinning beach ball and a blank page. I am able to use the mini in Safari to fill in passwords from there, however.

I downloaded the 1Password Troubleshooting app. I've run and sent the diagnostic report. I've repaired permissions. I've repaired attributes. I've reset launch services.

Now what ? Thank you!!!
