1Password Mini No Longer Recognizes Safari Extension & Safari Code Signature Issue [moved to email]

Hello! 1Password Mini no longer recognizes that I have the Safari Extension installed. That is, when I click on 1Password Mini it is asking me to install the extension when I have already done so multiple times. Now, when I hit my Fill Login Keyboard Shortcut keys, nothing happens. Also, whether this is related or not I'm having Safari Code Signature issue and had to uncheck "Verify Browser Code Signature" in Preferences for my passwords to continue to submit manually.

What I Have: 1Password 4.4 (Agile Web Store), Safari 7.0.4, OS X 10.9.3

What I've Done: Deleted Anti-Malware Software (Sophos), Deleted and Re-Installed 1Password, Deleted and Reinstalled the Extension, Read all knowledge base articles that could relate.

Thoughts? Solutions? Thanks!

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password right now. We've heard from a few users who have had trouble with the extension after the most recent OS update, but in almost all cases ** re-Configuring Sophos** seems to get things working again.

    Could you tell me, in the midst of all your reinstalling ... did you re-start your computer at all? This can often give things a fresh start and get them behaving properly.

    If you have restarted your computer and are still seeing this problem, we'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine where things are getting tangled up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
