Can't access main interface to change preferences

Hi, I've read through the tutorials about how to access preferences in 1 Password 4 for Mac but I don't see the same interface in the tutorials as I have on my computer. What am I doing wrong? Am I stuck in the 1Password mini basic interface? I'm using Safari with the 1Password add on installed. I purchased the application and my license should be active.
I'm trying to sync 1Password with iCloud.

    You need to run the main 1P4 app. Actually, if you're seeing 1P mini the main app is running so you just need to find it! What happens if you start Spotlight and type 1Password then press Enter? That ought to launch the main app. Does it?
