iOS 7, iMac Organize, Tags differ

I just updated to version 4.5.2 on my iPad. Looking at my tags I have 5 tagged as "apple" on the iPad but I have 10 with that tag on my iMac. While looking at this I noticed a sync happen but the difference remains.

    I have also noticed that when I look at the individual items on the iPad that are not showing up the tags are there. It seems that if I delete the tag on the iMac and then reapply the tag it then appears on the iPad.

    Hi @charlie98‌,

    Sorry about the trouble here! Were you able to get this all sorted out by re-applying the tags using your Mac?

    I identified 48 missing items involving 7 tags and fixed all missing ipad tags by doing this:

    1. create dummy tag on the imac
    2. for each tag missing some items on the ipad
      1. select all imac items for that tag
      2. drag all selected to the dummy tag on the imac
    3. after all tags have been updated delete the dummy tag
