Sorry, screenshot won't attach. Basically it says "There was an error installing the chrome extension. Please try again". This is by clicking on the green button on this page https://agilebits.com/browsers/index.html, and also the red button on this page https://agilebits.com/browsers/download/chrome

Hi @travisparker,
Could you try installing the extension from the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password/aomjjhallfgjeglblehebfpbcfeobpgk?hl=en
Please let me know if that works! :)

Just a heads up, Google has disabled the 1Password extension on Chrome 35.0.1916.114 m, claiming "This extension is not listed in the Chrome Web Store and may have been added without your knowledge"

I'm having this problem too. Installing directly from the Chrome Web Store gives a different error.

Hey there, @useEvil and @travisparker. Could you try following all the steps in the support article here? The first ones are a bit obvious perhaps, but please humor us and make sure you follow them (again if you already did). The last one is the one I'm particular interested to have you try, though:
Trouble installing the Chrome extension
If you're still having trouble, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report as request at the end there?
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
