easy category change
if i have filled in & saved data in one category & was meant to be another category is there anyway to "change" it to the correct one WITHOUT deleting & re-entering.
wouldn't be a big deal if i was talking about one entry, but this is over 50 entries, clearly i was not paying attention & "missed" a couple important guidelines when starting my data base!
yes I'm a dummy, but help me out anyways please!

The problem is that different categories use different fields, depending on what information is usually required for that category. I'm sorry I can't think of a better answer for you but there really isn't any easy way to move an item from one category to another. The best you can do, I think, is rather a lot of cutting and pasting between items and fields.
