cannot align sync destination across mac & iOS

Keep getting this on both iPad & iPhone - just want to ensure all is aligned.
Any ideas pls?!

    Hi @shawdavid,

    This message is showing up because the data in Dropbox is slightly different than the data on your iOS devices. It sounds like sync may have gotten disconnected at some point.

    Since the message shows that your vault on iOS is 100% similar to the vault in Dropbox (minus the extra entries that are in the Dropbox vault) it should be no problem to select 'Merge These Vaults Anyway'. :)
