Amazon.com | 1P auto-selects "new user"

At this attached screen, my 1P keeps auto selecting the "New Customer" radio button and then submits. I can't figure out how to make it stop doing this. Anyone else get this issue?

Yep, same issue here.

Update: I've had to turn off auto-submit to make 1P work at all on amazon sites.
