iPhone and iPad don't sync with desktop (iPassword 3)

I keep opting to 'sync now' on my iPhone and iPad but the latest data from my desktop (running iPassword 3 3.9.21.90) doesn't transfer over. I'm using Dropbox. Any idea on how I can resolve this?

    Which version of 1Password are you using on your iPhone and iPad? If you aren't up to at least version 4, there was a change in the Dropbox API that broke syncing with versions 3.x on iOS. It will help to know what your version is on iOS for that reason.
