Since a couple of weeks I have a strange behaviour in Safari on the Mac.
Everytime I use the short cut command-# in Safari the browser redirects to https://agilebits.com/extension/activate/safari

In other browser like Chrome or Firefox this problem does not exist.
I already removed the extension and reinstalled it but the problem is still the same.

It's a little bit annoying to click on the 1P extensions icon or to use 1Password mini in the menu bar.

Any idea on how to solve that problem?

Regards,
Rüdiger

    Hi @rudivice,

Sorry to hear about the trouble! So we can look into it, could you please email us a Diagnostics Report from your Mac, along with a link to this discussion, to: support+forum@agilebits.com

A brief comment here mentioning that you've sent the report would also be helpful. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @rudivice,

Thanks for sending that Report in! I took a quick look in our system, but I was unable to find an email from the address you attached to your forum account. If you could send me a private message with the address that you used to send in the Report, I'd be happy to track it down and ensure that it gets answered quickly. Found it! :)
