Backup Changed Location & Timing [moved to email]

Currently running latest version of OS X. Since migrating from 1Password 3 my backups are going to a folder on my desktop and are being done at random intervals anywhere between 3-5 days. In reviewing the information online, it says that there is no way to change 1Password 4 backup location and schedule but quite obviously something did. Would like to get this functioning properly again and need instructions. I am syncing my mobile devices through Dropbox as well. Many thanks.

We'll need to take a closer look at your system here to determine where things are getting tangled up. Could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?
