Chrome extension stopped working. Can't install it again

For some reason the Chrome extension just stopped working. I quite Chrome, then restarted. No luck.

I disabled, then re-enabled the extension. No luck.

I removed it, and now I can't install it. I keep getting an error that says there was a problem installing or downloading the plugin.

Any ideas what's going on? I tried installing from your "install browser extensions" page as well as from within the chrome extension directory.

Neither methods are working.

My version of chrome is up to date with the latest version.

Let me know what I should do.

What specific error are you seeing?

We've heard from a few users that the version from our website stopped working, but installing it from the Chrome Web Store fixed it.
