Multiple Vaults Bug

I have created 2 vaults.
1 is the primary vault with its own master password.
2 is a personal vault with a different master password.

When 1password is locked and i try to open it via the menu bar it asks me for password depending on which vault i have to open i select it and open the vault.

Surprizingly after i open 1 vault the other vault is accessable? frankly this shouldnt be the case as the other vault should remain locked it has a different password which is still not entered.

My idea to have seperate vaults was to have seperate set which cannot be accessed without it own password.

Am i doing something wrong.
