I'm sorry you're having trouble adding your license to 1Password. Please see if the steps in this guide help you with doing it:
Also make sure you have a license for 1Password 4. If you're still stuck after that, please follow @JasperP's instructions for emailing us a Diagnostics Report and we'll help you get this resolved as quickly as possible. The solution could be different and easier than it was for @Nyghtmare's problem.
